Isle of Arran, Critical Field Study, Creative Responses

LRG organised a Critical Field Study of the Isle of Arran, off the coast of Scotland, over five days in October 2022.
The aim of the trip was to actively explore the landscape of the island from a range of disciplinary perspectives, exchange knowledge and develop our landscape network.
This booklet is a collaboration between some of the trip participants to bring together their personal reflections of the layers of Arran’s landscape which they encountered and their creative responses to these.
