LRG Workshop – How to prepare a successful funding application
LRG was pleased to host our first lunchtime workshop aimed at Early Career Researchers and Practitioners to help navigate the process in applying for research funding.
Two of our Trustees, Dr Karen Jones and Dr Ian Mell, who are part of our Research Fund panel, ran through what they are looking for when they review the applications.
They also gave examples of their experience in submitting successful funding applications … and also those that didn’t make the grade.
