Ceri studied architecture at the University of Cambridge and Central Saint Martins and was featured in Blueprint Magazine’s ‘Ones to Watch 2017’. He has since gained a breadth of experience across design and making disciplines. Most notably contributing to circular bio-based construction research at Material Cultures, working in the exhibition design team at the V&A, and exhibiting furniture at Wirksworth Festival. He has an interest in exploring the future of land use and stewardship in rural Britain which led to a self-devised Masters degree project at Central Saint Martins focussed on the ecological restoration of landscapes of extraction, specifically the decommissioned limestone quarries of Wirksworth, Derbyshire. He now continues research in this field whilst co-directing the landscape-conscious architecture practice Flimsy Works.
